CARE GROUP (CELL) MINISTRY

The cell group ministry is made of small groups of ten to twelve persons headed by a leader who is responsible to assist the Pastor in providing pastoral care for these individuals.

The leader provides counseling, prayer and encouragement through visits, phone calls and group meetings.  He/she keeps the pastor informed of any special need that are beyond his/her ability to meet and which requires the attention of another individual, church or outside agency.  These individuals work directly with the Pastor.
